This Cardellini Low Hat is a black-anodized, triangular aluminum plate and Mitchell mount which is easily leveled using the three thumb screws. By using the large washer and 3/8-16 bolts provided to secure the camera head, you can get the bottom of the head down to just 1 3/8" above the floor.
